Warranty.

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time the product was delivered.

For any warranty request, contact us at contact@maisonlame.fr, specifying your order number and a description of the defect found.

We'll review your request and offer a suitable solution: replacement or refund.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear of the blade
• Damage caused by inappropriate use
• Accidental damage
