Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Art. 1 Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales made by Maison Lame (Jonathan Pelissier, SIRET 98264340500037) via the maisonlame.fr website.

Art. 2 Products

The products offered are those presented on the site, within the limits of available stock.

Art. 3 Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

Art. 4 Order

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. The sale is final once payment has been collected.

Art. 5 Payment

Payment is made online by card via our secure payment provider.

Art. 6 Shipping
  • Mainland France: about 9 days — free, no minimum order
  • Europe and international: about 9 days — free, no minimum order

All orders are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number. Maison Lame cannot be held liable once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Art. 7 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Art. 8 Legal warranty of conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code, all our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.

It does not cover normal wear or accidental damage resulting from improper use.

Art. 9 Liability

Maison Lame cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products sold.
